Are there any words that the Word Recognition Telephone Answering Services do not understand/ register?
My husband told me once that it if you said a particular word you would be connected immediately to an operator because the computer did not recognise the word because they forgot to programme it in.
I think it could have been wheelbarrow, umbrella, or windmill?

Recognisition software will only try and match words, as there is not one program or bit of hardware to do this will vary from the software or hardware
