it gets complicated, but here goes i just was released on parolle after 14 yrs. & both my parents passed while incarserated leaving my brother & myself the family home(which was paid off).Shortly after my brother committed fraud by hiring a certified notarist who.witnessed & forged my signature on a quitclaim deed on a $150, 000 mortgage on the equity & blew it; on (who knows what) in less than a year. not saving me a dime & didnt tell me about any of this until I was released from jail. He & his girlfriend have decided to make me so uncomfortable there I am almost ready to violate the conditions of my parolle i believe that his girlfriend is evil personified & i have no idea what they are capable of .I was released on a form of house arrest/curfew please help me. I honestly think they want to kill me, or get rid of me/my interest in the house for good...am iable to get my name back on the deedeven if there is loan under his name only
