First make sure your two consoles aren't in wireless range of each other otherwise your controller will automatically connect to your older console and won't pair with the other console. First make sure your two consoles aren't in wireless range of each other otherwise your controller will automatically connect to your older console and won't pair with the other console. Once the two consoles aren't in range, turn off the controller (if it is already on) and turn it on when you are in range of the new console. Turn on your console and and keep the small button next to the infrared port pressed until the light activity is not the usual. Then turn on the controller and once the lights start to blink on the controller, keep the small white button on top of the controller pressed and the two should pair without further ado.
