You have horizontal line so the problem lies with the vertical sync. Most of the time it means some electrolytic caps have dried out and their value has changed. Look for any bulging caps on the timing circuit controlling the high voltage yoke. If they all look ok you may have to pull a few off and check their value directly. That may not be the exact solution but that is where I would start.
