I filed an affidavit against someone, they didnt respond by due date, What Now?
Asked by: Lavisa777 from -
This women sued me making wild accusations. I filed on her to prove her allegations and she hasnt responded by july 28th as required. What can i do now about this and also how can i file a vexatious grievance to the courts for the last three law suits she dropped after she made me go thru it all and expenses etc. What can i do to make her stop harassing me. This women even put one of her law suits against me because someone called her mother inlaw and asked her if she wanted something from her step daughters estate, which i had no knowledge of or gave my permisssion. Both my son and his wife died the same day, i am his administrator. This extented family member keeps sueing me she didnt like how we did the packing and she got the court to disallow my expenses i paid out already and this just goes on and on. She said i was giving away things that didnt belong to me and that had to do with that phone call i knew nothing about. How can i stop this crazy women from more wild litagation, i cant afford any more and the estate is paying her lawyer fees. donna

To the best of my knowlege there are no lawyers on this site. We can only research the information or give you some direction.

It sounds if this woman brought civil case (against you) is another way of referring to a private case or “suit” – that is, where someone sues someone else. In return the court favor her and result to you filing a (leave of appeal) in which you are calling it "affidivat).
