im hindu religion and lawfully n religiously married last year september 2007.ive been having problems with my husband n my mother in law since im married.there are lots of problems between i and my husband.we been having many fights at home as well.i have only one option divorce out of this.am i right? id been india last month and he rarely calls me no mails no phone call. he is just using me and generally he does not care for me at all.im fed up. my husband resides in kenya nairobi.after marriage my husband stays along with his parents now since fights occur i tell him we get other house and let us stay separate from mum in law n dad in law because main problem comes from his mothers side. hes refused to come along me.he wants to stay with his parents.now i do not understand what to do? is divorce tha right path? he goes according to what his mother says.if the mum says do go out stay home he will follows her orders.is this the way to go on with married life. please advice or help.
