What is this?

A rash which is red and itchy that is on the wrist and back of the hands and is starting to appear of the palms. It has also appeared on the feet and ankles. It has been here for a while, I have been asked to find out if anyone whos what it is. Thanks in advance for your imput!

Sounds like atopic dermatitis or exzema. There are a number of good treatments for this - see a doctor or ask a pharmacist!

This could be Irritant Contact Dermatitis. It's caused by a reaction to detergents, perfumes and other substances. Avoid whatever you think caused the symptoms and treat the area with hydro cortisone cream or other soothing lotions.
