With the housing crisis, there's a glut of homes available. When you type in a price as minimum and maximum start really low like $100 dollars and the upper part as $10,000 dollars. I've seen homes in some areas like Michigan as low as $399 ( that's three hundred and ninety nine dollars) and Eastern Kentucky at $1500. ( one thousand and five hundred dollars ) on a river. These homes won't be posted if you place the ceiling price too high. Realtors don't want you to look at these as there's no profit.
