We lived together for two years. Four months ago I told her I was breaking up with her. At that time she had a notarized not done which I agreed to pay 7K for the things that we bought together on HER credit card. We stayed together because of finances but she kicked me out before our planned leave her house date. What that 7K was for was things like a bed, tv, entertainment center, ETC....I was going to get the TV, computer, and PS3.......we had just talked about it. When she kicked me out of the house last week she refused to give me anything and I had no choice but to leave. Her mom and friends got involved and it was very uncomfortable....I really had no choice but to leave within 24 hrs. Now she is taking me to court (she says today) and wants that 7K that we originally worked out as pay back AND my birthday gift last year was Lasik eye surgery........she is going to sue me for that one.....that was a gift. She is also going to sue me for approx 9K of child support that came out of her checking account because when we both got back from Iraq I didnt have a job. I used my unemployment checks for our household.....we used her checks for CS because mine were weekly 400 dollar checks.... She is going for all sorts of money when we both used every single dollar building and maintaining our shared household..... The only thing I did was sign that notarized letter stating I would pay 7K which was basically half of our household items...... What can I do?? She is taking me to court to seek alot of money here.....

More than likely the judge will rule out the full 7k because if you didn't get what was agreed for you to have then why should she still get the money. You were exactly right. The Lasik eye surgery was a gift so therefore she can not make you pay for that now. I won't say that you won't be paying nothing but once the judge sees how petty she's being most of what she wants money for will be ruled out. You should just let everything work itself out....
