Stinky smell is basement

Hello, over the last 6 years we have begun to see a pattern. The basement dtains backup and the smell is horrible. Well after this last episode the smell is back and I want to know what to do about it?

Hello again! I have had several plunbers come out they snake bo the main drain and the spill over drain and stil the problem exists. What now, I have had everyone out to diagnose the problem paid alot of money for snaking it out but the smell remains?

Sounds like sewer back-up due to poor drainage system! Only a plumber can resolve this problem!

If you are on the mains then it would be a problem for the council to sort out.Council won't do anything until a plumber gives a report so you will need to seek a good plumber. If it is not a problem with your pipes then think about how much rates you have to pay and get onto council !
