How to relieve stress and madness after a very bad work day?

Does anyone have ideas for relieving stress after a very bad work day? Or better yet, the whole week? I had an issue this week with all 3 of the people I am sort of in charge of. They didn't feel like doing anything they were told. They think that their way of thinking is always right and I'm wrong. One day I had to do something at the end of the shift, so I told the others to clean up the work area. When I returned, they were all getting ready to leave, and the cleanup was only about half done. I yelled for them to finish, but they walked right out. Therefore, I had to stay and finish, otherwise I would be the one in trouble in the morning, if it wasn't cleaned up (which I told the Supervisor).
The next day, I had a meeting to go to at the end of my shift, so I told them to make sure the area got cleaned up. I told them it better not be left half done like yesterday. One of the workers chose to "back talk" me, and say "well, it was mostly cleaned up, what's the problem?" I told her that was no excuse for not finishing the work. She proceded to want to disagree with me and continue to talk back. I finally had to throw my hands up and say "You know what just forget it!" and went on to my meeting. When I returned, the area actually was pretty cleaned up.
This is what I am forced to deal with in addition to my machines not running up to par, and constantly jamming up and breaking down. The day of this big blow up between this other girl and I, I was still mad when I left work, was upset all evening, got up in the morning and was still upset. I got about 2 hours of sleep that night just worrying about it. I don't understand it because usually these 3 and I get along fine. All of a sudden this past week it's just been a big turn of the tables. I am about the only person on that line who puts in 150% every day, and the rest don't even put in 100%. Anyone have any thoughts or have had a similar experience?

light exercise is a great way to relieve stress. After a brisk walk... get a plate and nicely arrange cheese, fruit, veggies with some fun crackers.... take the plate along with your favorite beverage and find a nice view of something.... and enjoy. Turn on your favorite music and take long deep breaths. Enjoy!!!

Put on some comforable clothes, grab a glass wine, stretch out on the couch and watch Oprah!

Run a nice hot bath, light some candles, play some relaxing music, sit back
and relax.
