Long story. My brothers been divorced for 2 and half years, and he rec'd custody of the 12 yr old and his ex rec'd custody of 7 yr. my brother decide to get the divorce through and then go after custody. But never seem to have the money to fight her. His ex decided he could have custody but she is trying to make it as difficult as possible she is just that way. She is seeing someone else but wants to keep him on the line. She is now pregnant with this new guy baby. They have known each other a month and she is a month pregnant. So go figure. Anyway his daughter does not want to be around this man he is mean to her and say horrible things around her. We got her to sign papers but since we did not have the money to get a lawyer to make the paper work. It wasn't quite right. So I am trying to get the right paper work. But she is going to have top sign thus knowing that this is not settled yet and she can cause trouble to make it difficult for him. Now she is possibly going to jail Monday for $2100.00 in bad checks. Can we do something else to get the paperwork taken care of without going to court or having her sign more papers? Or do we have to go ahead with trying to get her to sign again and possibly going to court. Which we can't afford. I am disparate. Please help. I am just trying to help. But this is taking its toll on me. Our daddy just went home to be with the Lord and I am trying to take care of everyone. Please help me. Thank you, Holly
