Estafa by means of false pretenses or deceit
Asked by: JLB0027 from -
A mother induced me by means of false pretenses to sign my signature in the birth certificate of her new born child to show that I am the real father of the child. Because I had sexual relationship with the mother, I signed the birth certificate of the child but by the time she allegedly conceived the child, I did not see her to be pregnant. It was already after one year that i saw the child myself. What legal action do I have to file against the mother because I felt that the child is not mine and that I was deceived by this mother?
