how do i find out if a N-western Nat'l Life Ins Co stock certif is worth anythng

I found a certificate for 80 shares of Northwestern National Life Insurance Company (in Minneapolis) in my deceased mother's name. I learned that they changed their name to ReliaStar and became an ING company. How do I find out if the stock certificate is worth anything?
