When did McDonald's change its Chicken McNuggets recipe?
Asked by: cforell from -
McDonald's Chicken McNuggets originally had very little chicken and lots of fat and complex ingredients. They were described as a McFrankenstein concoction by the trial judge in the McFat lawsuit Pelman. Some time between 2002 and 2005, McDonald's reformulated McNuggets to contain real chicken white meat.

In Feb. 2003 McDonald's began making their chicken nuggets with all white meat. They also upped the price! I don't eat their food, but I'm sure it's an improvement!
