How do I appeal a Judges decision on a traffic violation (insurance)
Asked by: Felix59 from -
I got pulled over in Quartsite AZ and received a ticket for proof of insurance. I showed proof of insurance for the vehicle, but, the police officer wrote down a vehicle and vin # that does not exist. I missed my court date, but, had called and I was to report to the court house in a week, which I did. The Judgement was not in my favor and I'm supposed to pay close to $1300 for not showing proof of insurance for this vehicle that doesn't exist. Where's the justice?? What are my options?

The judge's decision is usually final, but you can appeal the decision with proof of insurance, and proof that the vehicle vin# didn't exist.
