Dogs being stung by bees is kinda the same as when people get stung. He is either going to have a bad reaction or not. It is still gonna hurt though. How many bees are we talkin here?

Depends on how many bee stings and where they're located! Watch him for symptoms like shakiness, lethargy, excessive drooling and swelling! If this occurs, call a vet and get some advice!
