i get bad calf cramps and back pain and think i may not be taking in enough water

dizzy symptons are also common. Try drinking Crystal Light if you don't enjoy water.

The symptoms of dehydration are a dry or sticky mouth, low or no urine output (urine is dark yellow), not producing tears, sunken eyes, rapid heart rate, low blood pressure, muscle cramps, no sweating, dizziness. You need to increase your fluid intake, water, juice, clear broth, jello and stay out of the sun until symptoms subside.

I heard that if you have a headache, you are probably dehydrated.
