PAYPAL Item Dispute?

I bought an Ed Hardy Shirt recently from ebay and once I received it, I noticed it fit snug and I am a big man. I asked the seller if I could return and she said yes. I returned with tracking and it was delivered a week ago, but I haven't received a refund. She didn't respond so I opened a claims case and she has to respond by Monday. She still hasn't. What will happen if she doesn't respond? Will I get my money back? When? PLEASE RESPOND. That shirt was over 50 bucks.
