What is the law pertaining to the delay of release of the salary,, employees are suffering for the late release of salary, can we get what laws exactly tells about it.

This happens a lot and it is getting worse. You are owed the salary, but there is a saying. "You can't get blood out of a turnip." If the company doesn't have it, you can't get it. The worry is if the company goes under, you may never get it. Or maybe just a tiny bit of it. Make an assessment of the situation and start looking for another job. If the company recovers financially, you will get your back salary.
