I just found several raised red bumps with scabs on my dogs belly. What is it?

He may have laid in some kind of irritant - fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, or poisonous plant area. Wash him thoroughly and apply peroxide to the affected area.

this could be an indicator of an allergic reaction. have you recenlty changed his food? has he got fleas at the momment because that can also lead to flea allergy dermatitis. if yes to either of the above you may need to consult a vet.
