JUST CURIOUS: If you were wrong, would you admit you were wrong? :-)
Asked by: kc5255 from PHILADELPHIA, PA
Whenever I am wrong, I admit it; Whenever I am right, my lips are seal:-)

My example: My sister and I always get into argument about board game rules. Like when we play Scrabble in what "words" are acceptable or unacceptable to used.

Be honest. Please share.

It depends on situation Sometimes for fun sake I do not admit but most times I do. The only time I don't admit is when I am with my wife shopping in a mall and stare at sexy looking hot woman and when my wife asks about it I say .. Isn't her dress so attractive?

it's really hard to admit when you are wrong and I have had to eat a littl crow before. It really sucks but I've done it. I have a stepson and it's been a learning experience dealing with a "blended" family. There are rights and wrongs and power plays and all that in the early years..... and yes.... there are the times that in looking back that I had to admit that i was wwwwwwwwrong.

There have been times on this site where I have admitted I was wrong. Sometimes its just after hitting submit, but most often it is the next day I realize that I messed up. Errare est humanum. Good thing you can add to your answer and try to fix it. Embarrassing? Yes.

Legally it is important to know that there are times when you should not. You do not want to make an admission against self interest. You let your re...

I admit when I'm wrong, but I didn't always use to.

I have found out through my own experiences that not admitting fault only makes me feel worse inside. It eats at me and makes me feel like I have to be defensive. I don't like that feeling.

Thanks for the great question!...

I thought I was wrong once, but it turned out I was right after all....so...was I right? Or wrong about being wrong? Hmmmmm...

Seriously though: good question. Its a very broad one though, so I'm going to answer just within the area where this has meant the most to me, with my children.
I've found, that admitting when you've been wrong, even to very young chil...

I usually admit if I am wrong.I don't argue with anyone to prove that I am right, if I am wrong.

Similarly,I don't care to whom I speak, but always I never agree with wrong ideas even if he is my superior.I argue to my fullest if I am right.I never compromise on that.

Yes, when you are wrong and admit it, you learn, knowing you are wrong one and keep say: no no no the argument could less for the whole day. Let say you are wrong and you admit it, the argument is over. I haven't hear too many people when they have an accident saying "It was my fault."

My example: My sister-in-law always get into argument when we used to play parchise or domino, she used to make her own rule. I stop playing with her...
