Joseph Donald Walsh Jr., better known as Donnie Walsh (born March 1, 1941 in New York City) is a former professional basketball coach, and currently the president of basketball operations for the New York Knicks. He made a good draft pick in Danillo Galliana and signed Chris Duhon, another good player. Check www.wnba.com for his e-mail address.
I hope he dumps Stephon Marbury, Zach Randolph, Eddie Curry and Nate Robinson.
He should keep David Lee and Renaldo Balkman, who always hustle.

Also Wilson Chandler has been absolutely outstanding in summer league competition so he should get a spot.
I like D'Antoni. My only worry is his lack of stress on defense.
When Knicks won two championships in the 70s, Coach Red Holman always said, "If you play good defense, the offense will take care of itself.''
Walt "Clyde" Frazier, Willis Reed, Bill Bradley, Dave Debusher, Jerry Lucas, Earl Monroe, Henry Bibby, Dick Barnett _ they all played as a team, emphasizing team defense over individual stats.
That's how Boston won the title this year.
I think D'Antoni's run and gun style is great to watch, but he must also stress team defense if he wants the Knicks to be a contender.
