: Volvo Penta 130 I/O in Four Winns

I have a 1997 Four Winns Boat with 4 cylinder, 3.0L, 130 I/O Pent engine. I am having trouble with eratic RPM and backfiring when accelarating to WOT.(around 4000 RPM).
