I have close family relations, my father is the greatest father ever, hands down. my brother always has my back. my sister is kind of illusive, but only one phone call away. I have like five moms, no real mom. I recently moved two and a half hours away from my family with the love of my life, my question is how do I decide what relatives for what holiday, do I split up the holidays, and the family or do I not even go, just call???? since my "new" family lives 10 mins away and we see them every other day, do I spend holidays with MY family, or my NEW family? or how do i split them up???

I say a safe thing to do would be spent the most major holiday with your Dad... then split up the other holidays between the remaining family depending on what their plans are. Perhaps your sister and brother could both see your dad at the same time. Or if they have plans and your Dad would be alone then for sure pick your Dad. I am 1500 miles away from my family. I feel your pain. I make the trip home on Christmas but have to miss all other holidays.

i think that you should try bringing them all together so you can all be together and you wouldnt have 2 choose.
