What could these symptoms mean?

I am a 20 year old female who would like to know what is going on with her. I have been getting cramp like pains in my lower stomach at least once a day. I have been nausious every day. It is worst in the mornings when I get up and sometimes it goes away after a bit other days it comes and goes all day. I have been getting some headaches, and my breasts are sore some days. I have been tired and simple things like walking up my stairs sometimes makes me tired. Please answer ASAP. Thank you in advance for your help.

Something I have noticed the last couple days, is that I have been feeling like I need to go to the bathroom more and then when I do I notice a white subtance on my underware. Any ideas on what this could be? Does it have anything to do with the rest of the symptoms?

That sounds painful and distressing. I read the other answers, but I believe as a 20-year-old woman you would have the sense to have already considered pregnancy. Your symptoms sound quite like something that happened to me last year; in the end, it turned out to be ovarian cysts. Have you been checked for that? It's usually done with a simple ultrasound scan on the stomach. I was in hospital for 2 days (after a very bad, painful attack). Could you possibly be pregnant? Most of the symptoms fit the bill! Some people get a little crampy in the lower stomach when pregnant! But, you should be checked for a urinary tract infection, blood sugar and anemia. Do a home pregnancy test if you think that's a possibility, and make an appt, with your family doctor....

Well it sounds like you may be preggers. You should find out ASAP so that you can take care of yourself.

I assume you are pregnant. You have to check if your period is delayed. If it is consult a doctor, maybe you need some vitamins to make you stronger and avoid being nauseus. I felt the same when I had my first pregnancy.

As someone who accidentally got pregnant almost two years ago (and now has a fabu 13 month old daughter)... um... I'd say you should pee on a stick pronto! And pregnant or not, you need to get to a doctor right away. These could be symptoms of something more serious. Well, I don't know what's more serious than accidentally getting pregnant, but you know what I mean.
