Degrassi Juniour High.
Late 80's early 90's.
We used to run home from school to watch it, because if we took too long, we'd miss the first 5 minutes.

When I was a child in the 40's, there was no television. We got a set in 49. Hardly worth watching except for the novelty. But a little later we had Kaptain Kangaroo with Mr. Green Genes and Howdy Doody (a puppet) with Cowboy Bob and Clara Bell the Clown. They tried to stir excitement in the children. They made little attempt to educate, but they didn't dumb down the children like Sesame street does today. Those were very successful shows and I hated it when the stars of the shows died. So we miss our shows that were in...

It was the 50's! I'm old! lol There wasn't a lot to choose from back then, but my favorite was Ozzie and Harriet! I had a mad crush on Rick Nelson, and then on one of the episodes, he sang, "Hello Mary Lou", and that's my name! I thought he was singing it just for me! Crazy huh?

Ultraman!!! I loved that show. It was aired in the 70's. It was Japanese with English dubbed over. There was also Space Giants with "Goldar", "Silvar", and "Gam". (Also Japanese.)

My favorite Tv programs as a kid were the herculoids, speedy gonzalez cartoons, thundercats, he-man, x-men(all the iterations of it), and the original animated TMNT(Teenage mutant ninja turtles). After that I was a teenager, and still watched cartoons all the time, heck I still do, but those are the ones I watched as a kid.
