Many years ago one could get small adaptors for the tiny 2 amp lamp plugs so one c'd have more than one lamp at a 2 amp wall point. Where c'd I obtain them now,[ for the U.K.]??

You can obtain these small plugs from any electrical wholesaler in the uk. Depending on where you live, City electrical factors, Edmundson Electricals, WF, Eire and Ellison, and some smaller electrical shops still have these in stock. I would look through the yellow pages for your area and phone the wholesaler for more information.
