Swollen area on back, opened up, excreded blood, black substance

min schnauzer, 7 yrs. Had a bump 3/4" diameter on back for a few days.
Today it opened up, exreeting a small amount of blood and a black substance, part of it was hard, along with a substance that looked like small curd cottage cheese. The whole area 2inch square is still swollen. We have put peroxide on it and squeeze it every 1/2 hour or so.What do you think the problem is.
