car insurance

Last year I parked my car in the back lane to wash it, and the wall opposite collapsed onto it, causing three thousand pounds worth of damage. Obviously, I had to rely on the insurance to pay for it, but had to pay the excess myself.
So far the Housing Association (who own the house where the wall collapsed) have refused to pay out. My insurance class it has a fault accident, but this seems very unfair when it wasn't my fault. As a result I have lost all my NCD, and insurance quotes have doubled.
Can anyone offer advice, as I am not prepared just to give up on this.

Try viewing your insurance's policy or agreement along with the Housing Association's or get a lawyer to do this you might find a loop hole!!
