Hi please can you help, my boyfriend who lives in the Texas came over here in march for a holiday, at immigration he got detained for 6 hours, due to the amount of money he had on him, he was then released into the u.k.
His passport has got 2 stamps on it, on which is wrote into with what looks like
a reference no and the other from immigration saying, stay in country upto 6 months, no work or benefits.
Are question is does anyone know out there if he will be detained again if he comes into this country, as you can imagine we are both really worried about
this happening, when they released him they said that everything was ok, but we are just worried that he will be red flagged from now on.
please please please can anyone help me, i have tried every other option, but i can't seem to get any answer's trying to get through to the immigration help line is terrible, they just tell you to go on the website, which there is no answer for my question, if anyone can give me any insite into this i would be so gratefull.
