Did it have a full service history? Lets hope so eh?

The bodywork is vulnerable especially the damper the atmosphere, so if you are coastal I would get this looked at as a priority. After that the list runs brakes, clutch, electrics and then everything else. Get the cam-belt changed NOW despite what anyone tells you. It is engine death if it goes (it may have a chain instead in which case no worries). Get an oil change too.

After that it's basically down to running repairs.

It has a few years left by that i mean 5-8 years the price says it all plus the mileage is not so good if this is the mileage "161000" but it can still last more than that if the engine is in very good condition like you said add in 3 more years. Next time you shop for a car do some research on it and take it to a mechanic to see if it has any problems. But you never know cars can last longer than expected.
