Do you think that most difficult thing to say is "Hello, how are you" in a language you don't speak? Or perhaps it's "Boss, I need to leave early today" or perhaps it's "I know you are asking xxx,xxx for your house, but I'd like to offer xx,xxx for your house." Perhaps all three seem really difficult to say. Perhaps they are. But what often gets people the MOST stuck is ...:

1. "I AM SORRY"
A way to think about this is to acknowledge that since no one is perfect - you don't have to be either. Saying I'm sorry can be one of the most freeing and powerful statements made in a relationship. Saying - and meaning - I'm sorry can also be a powerful tool of forgiveness you offer yourself.
2. "I WANT TO END THIS RELATIONSHIP"
You have a right to end a relationship. If someone tries to ignore your wishes - perhaps you are being given a reaffirmation that your decision is a right one for you. Just remember that ending a relationship should be a decision you make specific to the current relationship - and not the way you always deal with upset.
3. "I WANT A RAISE"
While it would be great to work for an employer/client who values your work as much as you do - do not assume your work does not have value because your employer doesn't necessarily sing your praises. If you believe you should have a raise, think about the reasons (excluding "I need it", "I'm a single parent," "I have a lot of bills") and present this to your employer. Be clear about your salary goals and clearly communicate this to your employer. Be prepared for the range of responses your employer may offer, knowing that regardless of the response, you have done what you needed to do for you.

4. "NO"No is no is no. You have a right to your feelings. You have a right to set limits. If someone chooses to ignore your "no" - it is your job not to! If "no" is what you mean...than "no" is what you mean!
5. "I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN"
You have a right to your life and your feelings.
Neither you or anyone else has the right to ignore either.

I want this relationship to end. Because usually by the time I want a relationship to end I'm fed up and don't feel like talking and explaining myself. It's obvious why and I don't feel like being asked why and all that. I just don't have patience for drama.

i want a raise because my boss is a jerk and tries to pay me as little as possible and she flies off the handle for everything so asking her for a raise is practically out of the question because i don't want to jeopardize my job.

"I love you" is a fairly easy phrase to say to family members, but I find it really hard to do in relationships with the opposite sex! Even when I'm fairly sure I do love the person, the words get caught in my throat! When a man tells me he loves me, I usually give him a hug and thank him! What's wrong with me?

No, especially to my children when they have their most beautiful faces aimed right at me and their big brown eyes are burrowing into my heart!!! They are both under two yrs old so aren't really asking for anything too worrying like peircings or tatoos yet!!!

"i love you" because you never know if you do for sure...and if whoever your dating says it first it gets confusing, because you dont want to hurt them
But on the other hand its so much easier to say it to family members....

I'm sorry can be one of the hardest things for me to say, because if I need to say it then I had to do something to that person that I know I shouldn't have done to begin with.

Most people to me have problem saying: "I AM SORRY"
It is not hard to say sorry to my children, if I hurt them bad enough, it's not what others think that only their children are supposed to say sorry to them, if I hurt my children, I talk to them, tell them why I did it, if its my mistakes, I accept it and say sorry to them.I know it not only makes me feel better, but it also makes them feel better. I Love You is one ot the hardest things i have ever said. Like Kevin on American Pie says " Love is a term that gets thrown around alot so when i say it i wanna mean it". i guess it all comes down to whether you mean it or not.
