Cars (i am a mechanic but need help)

WE have a chrystler at the shop and it got brought in because it wouldn't start. When we try to start it it will jurk until it comes on and when it cames on it jurk on and off and when we press the gas it turns off. Then the customer said if you let it sit for a couple of daysit will not start. We have checked the spark plugs, gas tank, battery, fuel any answers to my question of WHAT IN THE HELL SHOULD I DO.

if the car starts and runs then stops when you press the gas pedal it may be the air supply to the engine,check all air intake pipes for small rips or holes,and check the air flow sensor it may need changed.the injectors on the car may also be blocked or not flowing correctly.it takes very little to cause this problem.if this is not the problem then i would go deeper and try a new ecu.also do a pressure test on the head it may have a small crack causing loss of compression to one or more cylinders.hope this helps
