Late Fees in the State of Georgia

I am a business owner, and have been attempting to collect a debt for services owed for close to 6 months. What is my legal right to add a late fee for the non-paid invoices?

In the old days decades ago, you could just do it. Now I think that Georgia has a 7.5% limit and you must be a registered interest rate charger and I think that is annual and it must be disclosed before the purchase is made that that is your policy. This last I know is important. Maybe you can send out a notice now that that is your policy.
