What may seem hateful to me may be completely different for someone else. To be able to overcome the obstacles of hate and hate-filled emotions, we have to remain open-minded and self-conscious of what we put out there to others.

To get out from troubled people we hate. If our vibration and the other persons vibration differs it will bring to critical situation where HATE erupts.

i can´t stand with one of the definitions that i read in the link of this topic i horrible because if you want to take a combat or struggle someone, (that is not very usual) you have to be patient and do not kill the other.

We can hate something or someone but this hate does not seek to inflict injury on others .There is a purpose to hate what is bad and wicked so by doing that we love what is good.
We want to avoid ourselves to be an object of hatred . Proverbs says ...so the other person have his sufficiency of you and certainly hate you .

People act horrible when they hate something.People don't want the thing around them which they hate.And they might act violent when they find it near. So,it'd be better to keep it away.
And controlling hatred is n't an easy job.Sometimes people hate the subject without knowing anything about it.They might hate it due to it's look or the way it smells.So,knowing the subject can help to reduce your hatred.
When somebody hates you,you should find the reason why they hate you so, that you can avoid being hated if it's because of anything you've done.But sometimes you are right and they hate you for being right.In that case,it'd be better for you to find a way to show them they are wrong and you are right and they have no reason to hate you.
It is better to learn about the teachings of Lord Buddha who has always been icon of peace and his teachings are very useful to understand ,cope,heal hatred.
It isn't necessary that you need to show your hatred.

hate is a commonly used word, such as i hate work, but to me, hate is a deep loathing of something or someone. to hate someone deeply is harmful and can eat you up inside and is not healthy it can cause you to be down in the dumps and be depressed and in the end i think that you end up hating yourself. it's not a good feeling.try and get over this hate especially if it concerns a person and move on you will feel better in the end, sometimes it is hard but let go of your hateful feeling and you will feel better within yo...
