Whats the best weight loss diet you recommend???

wanting to loose weight safely and for long term...what do you recommend ???

To eat small amounts of light food, 5 times a day.
Forget about eating chocolate, sugar, bread, pasta, and driking alcohol
It's convenient that you join a gym or excercise at home.

eat healthy food for 2 weeks

vegitables for the first week and fruits for the second week

and dont mix more than 2 kinds of fruits

and try soem exercise daily at least walk for 1 hour or jog for 30 min

Eat what you want but only when your stomach actually growls and then enjoy your food but making sure your not eating fast and don't let yourself get distracted by other stuff around you because you dont realize as quickly that you arent hungry anymore when you are distracted.

The best diet invented was the Moderation diet! I think the best way to lose weight is to eat what you want BUT in moderation! I don't believe in meal replacement diets as most of them starve your body. Mix the moderation with plenty of water and AT LEAST 30min of exercise (no stopping in the 30 min period) at least 3 times a week! Yoga and pilates are great for toning! Also avoid the scales for at least 6 weeks because it is highly likely as you start to tone your muscles, that you will put on weight because muscle way...

I find that only eating lots of fiber because it flushes out all the fat and eat really small meals helps a lot. stay away from carbs and don't eat after 6:00 pm! Hope it helps!!

*drink 24 oz of low fat milk a day..u can hav it with anything

*also u can put lemon or lime in ur water to drink..

*get lots of sleep can burn done calories

*go get invole in actives you like to do..doesn't hav to be weight-lifting...
