Thank you for responding to my question. I already have a spam filter through my ISP. It sends what it thinks is spam or what I tell it is spam to
my spam emailbox. What I need to know is how to block them from showing up anywhere.

How can I permanently get rid of obscene spam, that doesn't have an opt-out option?
Additional Details added
(04/01/08):
Let me clarify a few things. I already have a spam filter and it does send the offending ads to my spam mail. What I want is for them to stop sending the ads to me at all. Also, the answer about getting a use once kind of email if I don't want anyone to know where I've been online. That the problem I've never been to any sites that have anything to with the ads subject matter. I am a single, disabled, grandmother and the offending ads are about how I can get a bigger p---s. Well I don't have one so I don't need it to get bigger And even if I did, my disability would prevent me from using it anyway.
There are a few other's about meeting "hot young girls". Again I'm a straight single, disabled grandmother. Anyway you get the idea of what kind of spam I want to get rid of, not just sent to another part of my email. I don't want to have these ads sent to me at all, ever. How do I tell them to go away and leave me alone. The have the right to send out what ever garbage they want. I should have the right to tell them not to send it to me>

Depending on your email service you can sign up for spam filtering. A lot of isp's and web-mail applications have free spam filtering that will toss the mail based on flagging rules into a spam folder. Without an opt-out program, your best bet is to enable your spam filtering service and manually flag the mail in question. A lot of email services already have pretty good filtering rules and you may not even need to flag the mails as spam.

Also if you need to register for a site and you don't care or want to get emails of any type from them then go to a place like www.temporaryinbox.com. It gives you a free email account that is good for 24 hours.
