is he gay? and playing hard to get or does he just love me for who i am

I am 25m have a best friend that is 23m. we are best friends like brothers hang out everyday, the days we don't at times (are at least happy to see eachother when we finnaly do. ) like brothers almost (better than)
i resently came out of the closet to him about 7 months ago. Know he is not gay he has made that clear. we have lived with eachother for the past 3 years and he has known just not said anything really. the last couple of months places that we have slep at i have tried getting on him sexually and it really hasn't worked. we were both drunk he dosn't seem to get really pissed or anything just sais to stop!!. we have the opertunity to move back in with eachother. he said he wants to live with me. is this just because we are friends or is it more. he knows it is kinda leading me on. what do i do

Evidently, your advances didn't bother him all that much or he wouldn't move back in with you I can definintly say that. But I can't say wether or not he's gay because I don't know him. I do think this situation could go either way, time will tell.

Maybe i've miss-read the situation, but could i shorten your question to something like this...
'You love your best friend and it's driving you mad?'
It sounds like you have a great friend, and i'd suggest that you don't do anything to test that friendship...
