i have looked for the answer to this myself, and the question is...
why should i choose Micr0$0ft windows? or any of there products for that matter?
i have had numerouse problems with there operating systems, constant crashes, restarts required, and it seems that the whole thing is flawed and has been from the begining. everytime i have had some sort of problem with it, it seems that there is no other choice but to nuke it (re-install windows) and if anyone has had any sort of experiance with administrating or managing windows...
THEN U KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT
iv lost count of the times that if recieved headaches when trying to fix a problem, all because of the shoddy design of windows.
and it seems that at every turn bill gates has been nothing but greedy in his unethical ways of dealing with competition (take netscape for example).
please, before you answer have a look at...

it could be your computer.
I had a dell with windows, and it sucked. It turned out that they had installed the wrong windows on the computer when they shipped it to me. Then I was having blue screens. So then i said screw it and i got a new computer four months ago and I have windows vista home premium and it works well for me. I have never had one problem with it.

Don't choose Windows or use Microsoft's products. The best thing you can do as a consumer is to vote with your wallet.
I agree that Microsoft Windows is a real pain to use. I made the switch to a Mac and I've never looked bad.

I don't have any problems with my windows or software.
Do you have pirating software? I definetly know that if you have Microsoft Pirating software on your computer...It would cause problems. To read more click on this link.

You probably have too much programs downloaded. Delete some you don´t use. Try a new anti virus. Still, if I had the money, I´d have a Mac. e.g. Now I am using Safari instead of Firefox or W. Explorer.
