Here you seems to have two questions. One you need to get your teeth make over and the other you want to get connected to dentists who do such jobs.

there are some tv shows that do some of these things ,many of them many are on abc's network but require other things like complete facial make over, you can apply for them online, but another suggestion would be dental schools who usually look for patients to practice on, many are on new york but you should look for info online since some colleges or private dental schools do not practice this, the work will not be done like an expert but it will be either cheap or free.

It is my own personal opinion, that if you can afford plastic surgery for something so trivial as under-eye puffyness, then you can afford veneers. Especially since insurance is more willing to pay for dental work than something so trivial as puffy eyes.

They don't, but all dental colleges do, they must have good representative case examples of each area and then they give you the royal treatment and do it all for free, because they want a good result to show so they can prove proficiency and plannig to graduate.
Beyond that, there are plenty of really cute young individuals ina reas of favor or trade or networking that fill or the needs of any demos. It's who you know and what you can give and how the result will show with a smile without opening your mouth too much.

You can do your make over seeing a good dentist. Visit websites and choose a good one for you in your area.Then a good dendist will not find patients and sit ssing your fame and work patients will stand in queue. If not you can give circulars, advertise in newspapers , TV and radio.
