Phone the local radio station and ask them if they will do a public service announcement for you, actually better yet just do as suggested already just discretely tell the person to avoid any potential embarrassment.

If its a fellow guy, then I will say "whoah!!! I am flattered, but keep it in your pants." If it is a girl, well, I won't say anything since the flies would be too high up on the waistline for them to expose anything they don't want to.
