take a deep breath, count to 10 while envisioning a nice calm place in your mind. can't hurt to try it.

well first try to help yourself by either consciously thinking differently or do something different to distract yourself whenever you feel angry or frustrated. like, if you can feel yourself getting into that episode of frustration, just ask yourself why you're feeling so irrationally angry at like an inanimate object, a person, or even yourself, and think about something that makes you happy or excited (like going on a holiday!). or you can try doing something like a rigorous sport, write in a journal, listen to music...

hi, the best thing you can do is try and identify the triggers of your anger, you have to realize that you dont get any benefit from getting angry and/or frustrated, another choice i have found very helpful, is chinese medicine, acupuncture or herbs, in chinese medicine theory, that kind of behaiviour may be caused by a Liver (the chinese concepts) disease, usualy stagnation of Liver Qi, or deficient Liver blood, but for diagnosing this i recomend you see an oriental physician or you can try psicotherapy, especially the...
