John McCain was born outside the USA would you vote for him?

McCain was born in Panama to US Military Parents in a hospital that was OUTSIDE the Panama Canal Zone when he was born (The CZ was expanded to include the hospital years later). So he is a dual citizen with Panama and the USA. And he has apparently never renounced his Panamian citizenship to the Panamian government. Since he has TOTALLY blown his chance at the US Presidency, would you (if you were eligible) vote for John McCain or would you vote for Noriega (who is soon to be released from jail for drug trafficking)?
Just the facts about McCain

Executive Order 8981 - NAVY HOSPITAL AREA, COCO SOLO, CANAL ZONE
December 17th, 1941

The question has nagged at the parents of Americans born outside the continental United States for generations: Dare their children aspire to grow up and become president? In the case of Senator John McCain of Arizona, the issue is becoming more than a matter of parental daydreaming. McCain's likely nomination as the Republican candidate for president and the happenstance of his birth in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936 are reviving a musty debate that has surfaced periodically since the founders first set quill to parchment and declared that only a "natural-born citizen" can hold the nation's highest office.

Executive Summary:
1. The 14th Amendment and matching regulations limit citizenship to natural born and naturalized.
2. John McCain was born in 1936 in the Canal Zone to citizen parents.
3. 8 USC 1403(a) declares naturalized citizenship in 1952 on persons born in the Canal Zone to citizen parents.
4. Therefore 8 USC 1403(a) applies to John McCain at age 16.

Unfortunately, the 14th Amendment does not explicitly determine citizenship with respect to the United States presidency. Rather, it establishes the right of United States citizens for equal protection under the law and affirms the jus soli (birthright) theory of American citizenship.
American citizenship was conferred on those born there because of its territorial status.
The Constitution does not say you have to be born in the United States, so...

Naturalised means even if born outside USA but from parents on duty outside the country who are citizen of USA. I do not see any reason for this he should be disqualified.
If this will be the case then any Americal parent who aspire their kid to become US president in future would never like to deliver the child outside USA....

If he was born in the canal zone, its a US territory. Citizen!
If not, his parents were citizens abroad and has dual citizen ship until he's 18 and chooses one that sticks. Technically, the US does not recognize dual citizenship for adults.
So the point is moot, like if he was born in Beverly Hills, Berkley or Boulder. Unfortunately, he would still be considered a citizen in these cases,...

I would only vote for him over the drug person because well he is more suited for the job; however, I would have to agree that he is not eligible to be president...

yes but he needs to change his position on the war. We cannot send 17 year old men and women to war for years and years. If he is a man of faith he should believe that God will keep our country safe through love and not war. World peace and love others
