I swear by a shot of NyQuil mixed with Gatorade. Even after nights of drinking old scotch (the "older" the booze - think 25 year scotch over 12 - the worse the hangover). It has never let me down.

Long Island Ice Tea. Shower, Ibuprophine and lots of sleep.

You are not consuming any preservatives, additives or really empty calories, which is where 90% of a hangover comes from. This drink has the added benefit of already containing some of the vitamins you need replaced and its really refreshing. Pop some multi-vitamins and some panadol with a large glass of water before bed. A couple of peices of bread before bed if you can manage it always helps too. Brushing teeth before sleep also works wonders. If this fails and you feel like crap the next day, simply make another jug as above and avoid the hangover all together!! Medicines claimed to get over hangovers are only trying to make a profit. There is no best drink except water and rest. Please, try to limit your alcohol consumption to reduce the effects of alcohol

the best way to cure a hangover would be to take a few tylenol and a couple glasses of water before u go to sleep and if not when u wake up still with the hangover get some oxygen, lol

have a half shot of vodka to reduce the alcohol withdrawl and wait 10 mins to feel better.
