umm the simplest way to stop overanalyzing is to stop analyzing completely for a day or two and noticing the difference..
its a method of trial and errors try to analyze different problems to different extents and you might be able to develop a sense of accuracy about how much analysis u need...It will almost always depend on the aim or goal or the objective about which the analysis is being done.. and care should be taken that you dont blindly judge a person on the analysis a part of the fi...
