Good Name for a charitable organization

I am planning to start a new charitable organization which is meant for supporting the poor and needy, more emphasis to mentally and physically disabled people and orphans. Can anybody suggest me a CATCHY name ( either a long name with a nice abbreviation ( eg : GUAC Foundation - Give Us a Chance Foundation , CRY - Child Relief and You ) or a meaningful 1-2 word name.

"HHH" = helpers helping the helpless

I feel the best name would be "Helping Hands". You can make the first letter "H" as common for both the words while designing the logo. You can also try designing 2 hands joining near the title. Hope this helps you.
