What equipment is needed to start a bagel bar business?

Like the display fridges and stuff. And with costings if at allll possible or if anyone has a website I could refer to that would be good too :)
This is for a business plan for school by the way I dont actually want to start a business. I need to do a detailed breakdown of the costs of equipment for a bagel bar but I don't even know what equipment is needed :s

I would rather advice you to go to a bagel bar shop and try to ask in detail to the owner.
If you can convnce him that you are not going to be his competitor in his area. If he is cooperative and has time I have no doubts that he would not help you.
