hey richard I really didn't want to put this on public forum,but can't figure how not to,anyways thank you for answering my question in the nonpredjudous manner that I wanted in the first place.It wasn't a morals issue it was a legal issue.Some people just can't see past there goodness.I have other answers but I'm not even gonna bother.I'm sure most are all do gooders.I have another detail for you to see if it makes a difference.These people are living in an apartment since sept. and have a year lease.Does the same thing apply?thank you for the landlord site I went there and have posted the question.I did'nt realize this question was going to be such a freaking issue.........JEESH!........I decided not to order them to death.lol anyway thanx again and would you be kind enough to answer.

Please do not worry about any issues. And I am glad you can have a sense of humor about it. For the most part we try to help people on this site. You were planning to do the right thing about the people in the apartment. The system breaks down if we do not help each other.
