You do seem to come and go as quick as flash these days! No diet answers for me as I have always been very slim. sorry.

I tried a diet before 'An apple a day, keeps the hunger away'..Don't do it, I nearly collapsed! Not good. Just eat less and move more!

Ny neighbor told me to do the three day diet. What you did was eat 9 banannas the first day, 9 hot dog weinees the second, and I cannot remember what the third was is for the life of me. (this has been about 3 or 4 years ago.) I thought it sounded dumb, but she had tried it several times and said she lost 5-10lbs each time. I was like ok, that's easy! then I can eat what I want the rest of the week. OMG I did not make it past the first day. 9 banannas was wayyyyy too much. Ugh. it made me so sick, to this day I still can't eat a bananna!

If you exercise enough, you can eat any healthy foods that you desire !!!
